InkAI is not a tattoo studio, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace the work of a licensed tattoo professional.
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and the accuracy of information associated with your account.
We may suspend or terminate access where we suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of our policies.
Paid plans may include one-time credit packs, monthly subscriptions, or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Payments are handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their billing flows, taxes, and applicable payment terms.
You may not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, NSFW, or otherwise policy-violating content.
You may not request or attempt to generate tattoo content involving explicit sexual acts, graphic nudity, fetish content, exploitative sexual content, or other unsafe adult material.
You may not attempt to clone the distinctive portfolio style of a living artist, bypass entitlements, attack the platform, or abuse automated interfaces.
We may block prompts or outputs, remove violating content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that breach these rules or attempt to bypass our safety controls.
You retain rights in your own inputs to the extent you have the right to submit them.
AI-generated outputs may not qualify for traditional copyright protection, and commercial usage depends on your plan and applicable law.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access, full accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, interruption of business, or consequences arising from use of generated outputs.
