Refunds and Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation, renewals, and refund requests are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal through the available subscription management portal. After cancellation, paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.

If the customer portal is temporarily unavailable, you may contact support@aitattoodesigner.art for assistance.

2. Monthly and Yearly Billing

Monthly and yearly plans are separate billing cycles. Upgrades, downgrades, or billing-cycle changes may depend on payment-provider rules.

Where billing-cycle changes, proration, or special adjustments apply, the final billing treatment is governed by Creem or the active payment provider.

3. One-Time Purchases and Credits

One-time digital purchases such as Starter Pass are generally non-refundable after successful delivery, except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate charges or material technical failure.

Used, consumed, or redeemed digital entitlements are generally not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or prevented from receiving the purchased service due to a serious technical issue, contact support@aitattoodesigner.art within 7 days of payment.

We review refund requests case by case and may provide a refund, account credit, or billing support where appropriate.
